Men's Ministry

Coming Soon

Our goal is help college students to grow and be transformed by the grace of Jesus. It is a beautiful time when students are formulating their values and aims in life. They begin to grow in their faith and make it their own. We want to help them place Jesus at the center and revolve their lives around him. We meet together Sunday mornings at 9:30 to study and discuss the Word and the teachings of Jesus. We also meet on Tuesday nights at 8:00pm in the Fellowship Hall to look at topics including spiritual disciplines, wisdom, and missional living. We are a casual, welcoming group that enjoys sharing meals, playing banagrams, and hanging out.

Our prayer for Renew Women's Ministry is to inspire women to allow God to renew their hearts and fall deeper in love with Him. We want to encourage women to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Through this ministry, we hope to provide plenty of opportunities to fellowship with each other and other women in our community.

Central Student Ministry is the youth group for Central Baptist Church. We seek to be transformed by the love of Christ that He poured out for us on the cross and make Deer Park, along with the surrounding communities, our mission field to reach others with this amazing, life-changing love. Our students, on a weekly basis, are challenged to fully submit their life to serve the Creator, our Lord and Savior, as we join in fellowship and unity with one another, being the body of Christ. We believe that the bible is 100% Truth and is our source of how we should live here on Earth. We strive to make Christ our identity and to be defined as disciples who are followers of Christ and not just make "Christian" our title.

2 Corinthians 5:7 "For we walk by faith, not by sight."

Are you interested in getting Discipled???? Discipleship is when a student meets with one of our young adults once a week and shares their life with them. The adult will challenge the student to read the Word, memorize Scripture, share the gospel with other students while forming gospel-centered relationships. Discipleship is a great way to grow deeper in your faith and to fully submit every area of your life to Jesus. If you are interested in Discipleship, please email Zack Whitaker at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

Children Birth - 5th Grade

We want your child to learn about Jesus Christ... and you want them to have fun doing it. We want you to know that at Central Baptist we value your kids and the opportunity we have to be a part of their lives. We guarantee we will take them on an adventure each week that is not only fun but one where they will encounter Christ along the way. We will teach the Bible to all the children, even as little as our babies! Come this Sunday and let your child meet Jesus Christ as He demonstrates His love for you and your family through our church!

All children's ministries are centrally located in the middle building of our campus, (fellowship hall) downstairs. The children's ministry is always patrolled by uniformed police officers for their protection. To find where you need to go, either look for a greeter with a name tag, or head to the back of the fellowship hall and look for the police officers.
